Shipping policy

**Policy Overview**  
Coin Vertex offers free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. This policy applies to both domestic (United States) and international destinations.

**Order Processing**  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.

**Estimated Delivery Time**  
Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the order date. The estimated delivery window is 11–20 business days for both U.S. addresses and international locations. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

**Customs, Duties, and Taxes**  
For orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Coin Vertex has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Delays caused by customs are beyond our liability.

**Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages**  
- **Lost in transit**: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update. We will initiate a carrier claim and resolve the matter in accordance with the carrier’s determination.  
- **Damaged upon arrival**: Retain all original packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required.  
- **Stolen after delivery**: Coin Vertex is not responsible for packages stolen after tracking indicates “delivered.” Buyers are advised to provide a secure shipping address.

**Incorrect Shipping Address**  
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address error is discovered, please notify us within 12 hours of order placement. Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be modified, and Coin Vertex assumes no liability for delivery to an incorrectly entered address.

**Shipping Restrictions**  
Some countries may have import restrictions on certain products. Buyers are responsible for verifying that their order complies with local import regulations. Coin Vertex reserves the right to cancel any order to a restricted destination.
